The Starlight Big Band are back by popular demand!

Born out of the need to create a professional London based working ensemble, performing a dynamic and energetic mix of the outstanding music of the era of great big bands with singers, The Starlight Big Band create first class live entertainment played with a commitment to detail, style and verve.

Recreating the magical sound of the Las Vegas showrooms, The Starlight Big Band will transport you back to a time of film stars, stylish suits, chic, glitz, and the glamour of an unforgettable era in music.

Featuring some of london's finest musicians, and helmed by the vocal talents of JOE LEWIS, they’re joined by special guests BEVERLEY STONE, LEE ORMSBY (Les Miserablés, Phantom of the Opera), and special appearances from cast members of the West End’s Back to the Future the Musical, including current Doc Brown CORY ENGLISH.

Together they will perform classic songs from the heyday of such artists as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Louis Prima, Sammy Davis Jnr, Bobby Darin, Matt Monro and contemporaries including Michael Bublé and many more.

First seen 45 years ago, the Olivier Award-winning and much-loved Jeeves Takes Charge returns to London for a short season at the Charing Cross Theatre after showcase productions at the Jermyn Street Theatre (“Brilliant” – Jeffrey Archer), The Tabard Theatre (“How on earth does he do that?” – Trevor Nunn), and a Christmas season at the Theatre Royal, Bath (“One of this year’s Top 20 Christmas shows – The Guardian.) West End, Chichester and RSC favourite, Sam Harrison, plays all twenty-two much-loved PG Wodehouse characters including Jeeves, Wooster, Florence Craye, Gussie Fink-Nottle, Bingo Little, Uncle Willoughby, Aunt Dahlia, and many more – in a bravura, tour de force, one-man performance.
