Ticketing & Box Office

When will I receive my tickets?

Soon after you make a booking, you will receive an order confirmation email showing all your essential booking details.

Your e-tickets will be emailed separately 3 days before the performance. You can add them to your e-wallet, show them as a PDF on your phone or print them.

I’ve lost my booking confirmation email, what should I do?

Please give our box office a call on 0207 925 8040 or email us at boxoffice@charingcrosstheatre.co.uk and a member of our box office team will be happy to look into it for you. Most times lost confirmation emails have been accidentally deleted or have gone to the spam/junk folder.

Can I exchange my tickets for a different date?

Exchanges are usually possible provided the booked performance is not within the next 2 days. Please note that this policy can vary by show and all exchanges are subject to availability and a potential exchange fee. If you need to move your booking, please reach out to our team as soon as possible.

Do you offer discounts for groups, students, or seniors?

Discounts can vary from show to show and are usually offered to groups only. These will be displayed on the show information on our website.

The best way to learn about discount codes for future performances is to sign up to our mailing list.

What is your policy on reselling tickets?

We will only place tickets on resale if a performance is sold out. If this is the case and you’d like to resell your tickets, please send a written request to boxoffice@charincrosstheatre.co.uk

Do I need to print my e-ticket, or can I show it on my phone?

There is no need to print your tickets, you can show them on your phone using e-wallet or by simply opening the PDF attached to your email. Our front of house team will need to see and scan the QR code and see your seat number.
